I do have a couple of harnesses that will allow you to install the Redarc Tow-Pro Liberty item # RED24FR without cutting or splicing wires, however the Plug-and-Play Wiring Harness item # RED59FR will not work on the 2014 MDX. It only worked on the 2007 - 2012 model years with the factory tow package.
To install the Redarc Tow-Pro Liberty item # RED24FR in your 2014 Acura MDX you'll need the following adapters:

For a comparable option with an available pigtail, I recommend the LED Trailer Clearance or Side Marker Light with Reflex Reflector item # PE24NR and the Right Angle 2-Wire Pigtail for Peterson Trailer Lights item # B162-49.

Hi Terry; we do have a kit to add a 5-way to your 2022 Acura MDX. What you need is the Curt Trailer Connector Adapter - 4-Way Flat to 5-Way Flat - Vehicle End # C57187.
