The Michelin RainForce wiper blade for your vehicle improves visibility in rainy conditions. The metal frame is hinged so that it flexes to spread downward pressure over multiple points along the blade. The natural rubber squeegee is made with proprietary processing techniques to ensure that it outperforms the competition. And the squeegee has a graphite coating to make sure the wiper glides smoothly across your windshield. This graphite coating helps to eliminate skipping, which can leave behind a washboard pattern of water. It also helps keep your wiper quiet so you won't be annoyed by squealing or chattering sounds.
The vented design lets air flow freely through the frame, allowing the wiper to maintain consistent pressure on your windshield - even in high winds. So whether you're caught in windy conditions or just driving on the highway, you'll still have a clear view through your windshield.
The metal wiper frame has a powder coat finish that resists rust and ensures a long life. The frame hinges are constructed of metal to add strength and durability, and the squeegee has a stainless steel flexor that provides a corrosion-proof backbone for the blade.
To install the blade, rotate the connector piece on the blade to fit the type of connector that's on your car. (Some wiper arm styles require that you replace the standard connector on the blade with one of the included alternate connectors.) Then clip the wiper blade onto the car's connector. The wiper blade will click into place so that you know it's securely installed.

Today, on a 2012 Honda Fit, we're going to install the RainForce windshield wiper blades from Michelin. Driver's side part number MCH3728. Now, our passenger's side is going to be part number MCH3714. Now, I'll go ahead and carve 00:00:16 some of the features of it. First off, it's got a all-metal frame with powder coat finish to it. It has multiple pressure points along the rubber squeegee to help hold it in place. Now the blade itself is all-natural rubber squeegee with graphite coating on top of that to help keep it from skipping on the glass.
Now the catch that's on the wiper blade is their easy-lock connector. This'll work with a variety of vehicles, all with the J-arm style. Now, see the holes on the frame here, that allows wind to pass through to keep it from getting picked up in the breeze. First thing we need to do is go ahead and remove the pre-existing wiper blades. Typically, there's a small tab that you have to push up or down to release it. In this case, we actually have a cap.
Pop open this. Then, pull down on the wiper blade to release it from the arm and rotate it as needed. Now, the style of our arm here is called a J-hook. Now, our new RainForce wiper blade will go right into place. Now, we can go ahead and install it. We'll go ahead and line up the arm with the slot.
Push it in. Then, rotate it to get it started with the catch. You know what seems to help To rotate it this way so you can get good leverage on it and pull it into place until it snaps. All right, we're done with our driver's side. We'll go ahead and repeat the same process in the passenger side. With just a few moments, our car is ready for the rainy days ahead.
