Hi, everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a quick look at this Pacbrake Alpha XD Pro rear axle double-convoluted airbag suspension kit with internal jounce bumpers. Now, this kit has been designed to fit your 2020 and newer Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500 and 3000s, with both the two-wheel drive or four-wheel drive. And this is going to work with your single rear wheel and dual rear wheel models. Now, if you have an AT4 or Trail Boss model, they do require a 2-inch air springing spacer. And so you want to take a look at the part number that you see there on your screen if you do have the AT4 or the Trail Boss models.

And then this is going to fit all trucks, including those with the OEM fifth-wheel prep packages. This will not, however, fit the Cab and Chassis models, and this will not fit vehicles with the aftermarket Curt fifth-wheel packages. So I know that's a lot of info there for you, that's why I've got it listed there for you on the screen just to be sure that you understand that info. But all that to say, this is a custom-fit kit, so it is vital that you go through our vehicle fit guide here at etrailer.com, and put the year, make, and model of your vehicle.

And our fit guide will confirm if this will work for you or if we've got something comparable that will work for you. So as you know, when the load gets heavy, your truck is going to need more than just those factory leaf springs in the rear hanging on for dear life. These air bags are going to add up to 7,500 pounds of rear axle support, keeping your truck level and steady, even when the trailer is loaded, the bed is packed, and the miles are long. So no more rear end sag is going to throw off your braking and steering, and your headlights are not going to point in the sky anymore, but on the road where they belong. Bottoming out doesn't just feel rough, that can actually wreck your bags.

And so that's why this system includes internal jounce bumpers inside each bag. And I got a picture of what that looks like there with that cutaway on your screen. So even with no air pressure, your suspension is going to have a built-in safety net. You're going to be able to run safely at 0 psi when unloaded, which means no harsh rebound, just a smooth factory-style ride. As you know, every haul is different, that's why these airbags give you full control over your ride height and firmness with adjustable air pressure from 5 to 100 psi.

So if you're hauling a fifth wheel or a full bed of gravel, you can crank up that pressure, and then when you're unloaded and heading home, you can drop that pressure back down for a more softer ride. Now, with these manual inflation valves included, tuning your suspension for the day's work is going to be very straightforward. And of course, extreme hauling demands extreme durability, and these springs are built with 1-inch-thick corrosion-resistant end caps. Now, you're not going to be able to see those end caps because they do have this kind of loosely assembled, but the bags are also reinforced with 20 internal support wires from maximum strength under that heavy load. Then we do have these heavy-duty roll plates on the top and bottom. They're going to protect the bags from chafing and extend the lifespan of the bags. These powder-coated custom-fit steel brackets are going to fight back against rust and corrosion. So this entire kit is designed to handle whatever road conditions you encounter in whatever season you're in, they're going to hold up really well for you. These precision laser-cut brackets are designed to actually bolt cleanly to your truck's existing mounting points without welding or drilling to your frame with the included hardware that you see here. So this kit is designed to work with your setup today and wherever your up rates take you tomorrow. Again, you're going to be able to inflate manually with the standard air valves right out of the box, no extra parts needed. But if you already have an onboard compressor, these are going to connect easily to most existing setups. And then if you're planning for like, something like an in-cab wireless controller down the road, that's not going to be an issue because the foundation with this kit is going to already be built in, making it easy for you to expand your control options whenever you are ready. So as I mentioned, this is going to give you up to 7,500 pounds of additional leveling support, but please be aware of the fact that these air springs do not actually increase your truck's weight carrying capacity, so you want to make sure that you're not exceeding your manufacturer's recommended weight limit.
