Hello neighbors, Steve here with etrailer.com. Today we're looking at the Sylvania 9005 XV halogen headlight bulbs. Now the XV is Ultra Vision. Now these replace your standard equipment 60 watt halogen bulbs with the same grade and specifications for your vehicle. Now as you can see, they got the plastic tabs here for whenever you're twisting it and then pulling it out of the socket for the headlight assembly and then reinstalling it. They also have the plugin areas there.
Be careful not to touch the bulb with your fingers 'cause the oil from your skin could cause the glass and the bulbs to deteriorate faster than normal. Now these meet all DOT regulations. They're legal for on-road use, and it is recommended that you replace bulbs in pairs. That way both sides match with the consistent light level and color. Now these produce a brighter beam and are a more defined edge than the standard bulbs that are out there.
And the 3,200 Kelvin color temperature emits a more pure neutral white color than say the 27 to 3,100 Kelvin options that are on the market. Well folks, that's gonna wrap it up. Just a quick look together at the Sylvania 9005 XVs. I'm Steven, thanks for watching.
Great repalcement for factory bulbs.
