Late model Cadillac vehicles can have hard-to-access lighting components as you will find if you do an internet search on the subject. I suggest you check your vehicle warranty on this because the GMPP (General Motors Protection Plan) does possibly cover LED-type lighting assemblies. It does exclude "bulbs" and "sealed beams" but LEDs are neither of those so they may be covered by the GMPP. Check with your local dealer on this. Troubleshooting tail lights on 2005 Infinity G35 Coupe
It sounds like you may have incandescent bulbs in your tail lights that are not getting the full power output signal since the third light is working and the blinkers are as well. This could be an issue with the bulb or the wiring leading to it. I wonder if the running lights and stop/turn circuits are wired backwards for the light. One sure way to test to see if your wiring is working correctly is to put a tester like the multimeter # PT89ZR on the wires to see if there is a difference...
