Today we're going to review part number P217440A. These are the Putco Mini Halogen Replacement Bulbs in the 7440 size and these are super orange in color and for a quantity of 2. When you receive the packaging, you'll receive it just in a package like this. Once you remove the tape that holds it on, you can just pull off the back cover. Once you pull off the back cover, then you'll have access. There's an inner cover that you can remove that holds the bulbs into place. When you handle the bulbs, you want to try to pick them up and handle them by the base, try not to touch them as much as you can because the oil from your fingers if it gets on the bulb when the bulb light is turned on the heat of it could cause that oil to damage the bulb.

If possible, try to handle it around the base of the bulb. These are replacement bulbs that are designed for use in side marker lamps and turn signals. These are 30 percent brighter than your factory bulbs. They do give you increased brightness which boosts the visibility and driver awareness. As you can see, they are super orange in color.
