Perfect fit on a 2003 Chevy 1500HD. Quick and easy install. Used a floor jack with a block of wood and a board to lift into place.
Website said this would fit my vehicle but this was 3” wider than the frame on my truck so the holes didn’t line up very well. It would be helpful if they included all dimensions on the spec sheet. Had to return and spend more money on a different brand. etrailer claims fault but did nothing for time / money wasted , not to mention lost business because of not being able to pull my trailer.
Boom! Product arrived on time and it fit my truck like a glove. The installation video was a real help. I was able to install the hitch with my 8-year old son. Man, my rig looks good with that hitch. etrailer is top notch!
The new hitch was installed with no problem. I even installed a 2018 Silverado bumper to replace the rusted out 2003 bumper. Even though it recommends OEM bumper mine went together perfect with the newer version.
The receiver arrived very quickly. Upon initial inspection everything appeared to be fine. With my grandson's help we began installing. But it didn't fit well. First thought it was the wrong one for my truck. But then discovered it was bent. So we had to unfortunately it and straighten the bent side. Not incredibly difficult but just created a little frustration. Got it installed finally. I don't think it was a manufacturer issue. More than likely it was bent in shipping. Overall I am pleased. This is the second one I've purchased and installed (different vehicles), so I'm not disappointed other than with myself for not doing a better inspection and measuring for fit.

hitch works as expected easy install no issues
I received the class 4 Draw-Tite trailer hitch receiver as promised. Installing the hitch was very easy, as everything bolted right up! I also bought a multi toe7way/4way plug connector which also was great, just plugged it in and it worked great. Thank you for your great service and products. Mike
Receiver arrived quickly and was a breeze to install. I used a floor jack under the center and used it to balance while starting the nuts and bolts. Maybe 30 minutes total to install it. Solidly built. My old receiver lasted 20+ years. This one is built stronger. Probably outlast the truck frame.

I got this hits for my truck cuz I didn't like the OEM that fit my truck this thing is built lot heavier than my OEM I pull a 33 1/2 foot travel trailer and I have nothing to say bad about it it's everything I expected to be I do recommend it to anybody that pulls a trailer it's over 6000 lbs and it's been a year and it still looks as new as when I first put it on the coating on it is amazing
Hitch had paint flaking off all over receiver and damage from just shipping in plastic wrap.

Came very quickly and it’s very heavy duty. But when I got it it has large scrapes and dings and chips in the finish like it was dragged and thrown around. I paid good amount of money not for something to be damaged and eventually to rust.

this hitch is built like a tank.I doubt i will ever bend this hitch rear of my silverado will fall off before that.

I received my hitch at 5:30 and installed it in 30 minutes.
I have a 2003 Chevy Siverado 1500HD. The factory installed hitch finally rusted through and ripped off a year ago. I ordered a Draw-Tite Ultra Frame Class IV trailer hitch to replace it. The new hitch bolted on with absolutely no problems. Bolt holes lined up perfect. It took me about an hour to put it on. A second pair of hands would have helped as the hitch is fairly heavy, but I was able to muscle it on. It is a pleasure to find a product that is constructed in a way that makes you think you didn't get taken advantage of with the price
