I believe you can add the TS Rails to your cover, but since this system is designed for use with the Elevate Rack System and that is currently being tested (June 2020), there aren't any other rack systems that have been tested and approved so we have to go another route. There is a ladder rack that is compatible with most hard folding tonneau covers like your BAKFlip Mx4 # BAK48207, the Lomax Hard Tonneau Cover # AB1040019 and soft tonneau covers like the Access Lorado # 834532001675, but the Thule TracRac SR Sliding Truck Bed Ladder Rack # TH43003XT-000 isn't going to be the best fit. The BAKFlip MX4 Tonneau Cover # BAK48207 is designed to work with accessories that are mounted into the stake pockets. And the TracRac SR Sliding Truck Bed Ladder Rack # TH43003XT-784 does install into the truck's stake pockets. So, they will install together; however, we've found that a lot of tonneau covers make contact with the tracks of the SR when trying to open them. For your 2014 Ram 1500 with a 5-1/2 foot bed the Adarac ladder rack part # A70450 is a confirmed fit. It also allows a tonneau cover to install between the rails too since it installs on top of the bed rails.
