A lot of covers make you choose between protection and convenience. The Trifecta 2.0 folds in three sections so you can reach your gear fast. Open the tailgate, release the spring-loaded EZ-Lock clamps, and lift the rear panel. For hauling, fold the cover forward and secure it with the built-in buckles to free up two-thirds of the bed. When you need complete access, the Jaw-Grip clamps release so the entire 35-lb cover lifts off easily.
Weather can hit hard, but this cover keeps it under control. The edges are lined with snap-on rubber seals that fit tight against the bed rails to help block rain and dust. Sorry to hear that, Craig. I can't say I have heard of one of these failing so quickly, so I am surprised. That said, the picture you sent is of a hard folding cover and what you ordered is a replacement for a soft folding cover. Is the picture of a different cover? And then also, can I ask who you contacted exactly? I checked your account and your email address, but I could not find anything sent in. Did you use a different email address by chance?

Very happy with cover, was very easy to install. Keeps everything in bed dry and hidden. Easy to remover for larger loads. Looks great still. All in all was a fantastic experience with product!

Product worked great for the time that I had the truck it was on. The material didnt fade from the sun and it never tore or scratched if something hit it. I definitely would purchase again.

I am very sorry to hear that install was more difficult than anticipated. A lot of companies do have an install policy, it was on there for more than one day which is why we can't take it back. Once again, my apologies that you are not more pleased with the cover, this is not the typical feedback I get on this product.

I reached out to Extang about the cover. The covers are designed to cover the inside dimensions of the bed. You will want to make sure that the cover is centered on the bed itself. Sometimes it seems like the cover should be closer to the cab window and that is not the case. You will want to make sure that it is centered. Also, the cover also is not always designed to cover the stake pockets.
