Hi everybody, Andy here with etrailer. Let's take a quick look at this Carr super hoop custom fit aluminum sidestep. Now we offer this step as either a single step, as you see here on my table, or as a pair. Now, this is designed to fit the 2009 to current Ram trucks and also the 2009 Sterling Bullet. And the Ram trucks that this is going to fit, it's a wide range, and so what you definitely wanna do is go through our vehicle fit guide here at etrailer, pop in the year, make and model of your vehicle, and then our fit guide will confirm if this step will work for you or if we have something comparable that will work for you.

Now this is a stylish, heavy duty step that's designed to make getting in and out of your truck a whole lot easier. This step has a wide flat platform with non-slip diamond tread, so you're gonna feel stable and secure even in wet or muddy conditions. And this uses a rugged hoop style design that's going to give you truck a tough off-road look, but it's also very practical. This does have the multi-mount system that's going to let these steps attach directly to the rocker panels and the mounting heads can rotate so you can dial in the perfect fit for your specific vehicle. And installation is going to be pretty straightforward.

As for durability, this step is built to last. It is built from rust rustproof cast aluminum alloy and this has an XK3 chromosome finish and that description kind of describes it. It's not a polished finish per se, like some of the previous steps from Carr have been. This is more of a muted finish, still has a shine to it. It's more of a dull finish rather than a polished, but I think it's gonna hold up really well. I think it looks great. And I think it's going to look very attractive no matter what color or style of truck that you have that this is going to fit on.

This is incredibly strong. It gives you up to 500 pounds of support. Going back overhead real quick, line that up. Let me see if I can give you some measurements. The overall length, we're sitting pretty close to 20 inches, just end to end. The platform that you're actually going to step on is pretty close to 17 inches long and the width right about five inches. And then this is going to give you about a six inch drop.
