Easy on and off. Locks easily. Key remains in key hole when unlocked. Looks great and not too big so it's easy to handle.1360085

Box was easy to mount and I like the attachment cams. It's flimsier than I expected but I'm not shocked. I'm docking two stars for a misleading description. First, the description states the box has 6 internal anchor points but my box only has 4 - 2 in the front and 2 in the rear. Second, my box came with the two sides keyed differently. I can't think of a good reason to do this so I'm chalking it up to poor quality control. I kind of wish I had just spent more on a nicer brand.1652445

the product came quickly and boxed up on a pallet. Simple to use and simple to install on the car. As I needed something quickly and there are all sorts of supply chain issues with manufacturers, Teresa, the sales person at etrailer, did an excellent job on the phone helping me go through the inventory to find something that was both the right fit and would be available relatively soon. I very much appreciated having a capable person (as opposed to useless bots) to communicate with over the phone. It arrived in good condition and especially considering that it's the lower-priced spread (as opposed to Thule) it fits properly and is easy for one person to maneuver. This has worked great on our 2019 RAV4. It holds a lot, been water-tight through all kinds of weather. The two-sided opening is extremely convenient when dealing with getting odd-shaped items in and out. The only down side is the hit on our gas mileage, but that's to be expected with anything you add to the roof. We definitely recommend!1264370
