Today we're going to take a look at the K-Source Electric Heated Driver Side Replacement Side Mirror. Now this is a custom-fit part. It is designed to fit the 2014 and newer Toyota Tundra trucks with the heated power mirrors. This side view mirror is a direct replacement for your driver side factory mirror on your vehicle. It is modeled after the manufacturer's original look and fit. It does offer the power remote capability, which means you do adjust the mirror face position with the factory power controls inside your vehicle. This mirror also offers the heated mirror glass that'll clear frost and ice, helps reduce fogging. This mirror does use OE grade flat glass with first surface plating to reflect clear images.
The front of the glass is plated with reflective chrome, and it is a flat lens so it reflects the true representation of the object size in the mirror. It is a breakaway design, so the mirror does fold when struck to prevent breakage. It is a durable plastic housing with a nice textured black finish. It is an easy no-drill installation. If you look, it has the same footprint and mounting points as your factory mirror, and you'll notice right here the mirror plugs into your existing electrical wiring. A few specs on this. This matches the original equipment part number of 879400C460.
This is for a quantity of one driver side mirror. A couple notes I do want to mention on this is the power remote capability and the heated glass of this mirror will work only if your vehicle already has those functions, and this mirror does not support the lane change assist function.
