Hi there, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a quick look at this K-Source Replacement Side Mirror. This is gonna be a direct replacement for the passenger side factory mirror on your 1986 through 1998 Chevrolet Caprice Sport. This is modeled after your Chevrolet's original look and fit, so you really shouldn't be able to tell that it's a replacement mirror, it should look like it came with your Chevrolet, right from the factory, so it should do a great job for you, you don't have to worry about that pieced together from the junkyard sort of look, should all be very integrated and look really good for you. Because it does also have the same footprint as the original, it's going to be extremely easy to get installed, you're not gonna have to drill new holes or anything like that, so you just take your original off, get this new one secured in place, and you'll be ready to go. It does have the manual remote adjustability, so you can adjust that mirror face position with the joystick that will be mounted onto your door panel, so that you can make sure that you're getting the right angle for your height and whatnot, to ensure that you can be able to see what's coming up behind you, and be safe as you're going down the road.

This does have the same OE grade quality components as the original, so the front of the glass is plated with a reflective chrome, so it's gonna give you a nice, clear image, it's got a convex lens to it, so it's gonna provide a wide angle view that reduces blind spots. It does have a durable metal housing with a black finish, you can see here, so should do a good job, hold up really well for you for a long time to come. For those of you who do need a little bit more reassurance that this is gonna work for you, this is going to replace the original equipment number that you see on the screen there. So if you're going through your owner's manual or when you pull the original mirror off, if you see that number anywhere, you can trust this is gonna be exactly what you need. This is just the passenger side, we also have the driver's side available, you can find it using that part number that you see on the screen there, just in case you need both the driver and passenger side.
