Ellen: Hey everyone. I'm Ellen here at etrailer.com and today we're taking a look at the K-Source replacement side mirror. So if something happened to your original mirror, it got knocked off, bent up, scratched or damaged, this is a direct replacement to match with that factory mirror, so it should look like it came with your car on the day you bought it. It's a fit for several different vehicles. It's going to be for GM and Chevy vehicles. The easiest way to figure out if it's the right one for you is to look at our fit guide, but I'll also pull up that list there.
So that's the complete list that this fits with. It is a manually adjusting mirrors. So you'll just press on that to adjust that mirror face. It's going to have the same footprint as the original mirror, so should be pretty straightforward to get this guy installed on your vehicle.This is for the driver's side, so it's going to be on the left-hand side, and it is going to give you that nice replacement. It's going to have the flat glass that's typical for our driver's side mirror, so it gives you a true representation of what's going on behind you.
Again, same footprint as our original mirror. The housing is a nice black plastic finish and it's going to be a glossy finish there. It does have the breakaway design, a foldaway design, so if you want to fold this in towards your vehicle, you can. I'm going to try to show you that. It's kind of hard to do when it's not actually mounted on a vehicle.
I'm not going to do it, but once it's mounted on your vehicle, it will fold away. You can see that breakaway spot or that foldaway away spot right there.If you need the passenger side mirror, that is also available here at etrailer.com.
