Today we're going to be taking a look at part number CM44401. This is a inaudible 00:00:06 replacement side mirror for Jeep Wrangler half doors. It's going to go on the passenger side. It's going to fit certain years of the Jeep Wrangler; TJ and YJ. The side view mirror is a direct replacement for the passenger side factory mirror on your vehicle. It's designed to match the manufacturer's specs for a custom look and fit. The mirror face is made of OE grade flat glass with first surface plating for sharp images and minimal distortion.

It's actually going to have a layer of reflective chrome plated onto it, and also the flat mirror is going to provide a true representation of the size and distance of the reflected object. It's going to feature the breakaway design so we're going to have a pennant design right here. This will actually spin all the way around, so that way you can tuck it in toward your vehicle but ultimately if it gets hit then it's going to fold in or fold away, that way it doesn't break or cause damage. The breakaway design is nice to have. Then you can adjust the mirror right here simply by rotating the housing. You see there how that will spin around, and then you can also angle that backwards or downwards to get the angle you need for your particular application. It's going to have the black plastic housing that's very strong, durable, and rust-resistant.

It's also a pretty simple and easy installation. It's going to bolt to the existing mounting holes on your Jeep's half door. You've got the steel mounting bracket down here, and then you're going to have a plastic insert, and you're going to get new hardware. With this part number you're going to get one passenger side mirror. The mirror face dimensions if we take a measurement of the overall length measuring from top to bottom, just the mirror face right here in the center we're looking at about seven inches.

Then going across here in the center, we're looking at about five and three eighths. Up here we're looking at closer to five inches, and then down at the bottom it will be closer to five and a half. That's going to do it for today's look at part number CM44401.
