Highlights

  • Folds Away for More Space: Flip-down basin moves out of the way after use in compact wet baths.
  • Check the Wall Opening: 18" x 33" flip sink uses a 13-1/4" x 20" cutout for installation.
  • Reach Plumbing Behind the Wall: Pop-out access panel opens a 6-1/3" x 10-1/2" area below the sink for plumbing access.
  • Works with a Standard Lavatory Drain: Standard 1-1/2" lavatory drain gives you a defined connection size.
  • Easier to Handle During Install: Lightweight construction makes the sink easier to hold and position during install.
  • Made for Daily Bathroom Use: Heavy-gauge ABS gives the sink the strength to stand up to daily bathroom use.

Features to know about

Keep More Shower Space Open

A fixed sink can eat up valuable room in a compact wet bath. This basin flips down when you need your sink and folds away afterward, opening up more of the shared bathroom space for showering or toileting.

Measure the Opening Before You Commit

Getting the wall fit right is only part of a replacement. This 18" x 33" flip sink uses a 13-1/4" wide x 20" tall cutout. Check these dimensions before you start removing or trimming anything.

Reach the Plumbing Behind the Wall

Plumbing inside the wall can be difficult to reach once your sink is installed. A 10-1/2" wide x 6-1/3" tall pop-out access panel below the sink gives you an opening to reach that plumbing when access is needed.

Know the Drain Size Up Front

An unfamiliar sink layout can leave you wondering what connects to your existing plumbing. This basin uses a standard 1-1/2" lavatory drain, giving you a specific connection size to plan around before installation begins. Please note, the faucet and drain are not included.

Light Enough to Handle During Installation

Working inside a tight RV bathroom does not leave much room to wrestle a bulky fixture into place. Lightweight construction makes your flip sink easier to position during installation, while the strong build supports regular bathroom use once it is mounted.

Video Transcript for Review of Specialty Recreation RV Sinks - RV Flip Sink - SR56YR

Hi everyone. Steven here with etrailer. Let's take a look at our specialty recreation RV flip sink with cover plate. So folks, just like the name says, this is a simple flip sink. It does not include the faucet or any kind of plumbing for the drain, but you do get the cover plate here that would go down here once your installation is complete for covering that up and making things look nice, neat, and clean. So starting off, obviously again, fold down, we just showed you that.

Everything here is a nice heavy duty plastic construction. You have a nice braided cable with a nylon protection around it here on the side. That's gonna keep everything nice and safe. And then I do want to kind of take this off and show you from the side. Lemme get my background back there.

And show you the back here. So again, you got the holes cut out there for the drain and up top for the faucet. And again, there's no drain or faucet included. You need to purchase them separately if you don't already have them. And you do have the drilled holes for installation already drilled in from the manufacturer for that installation to help make it a little bit easier.

Now as far as some quick dimensions, overall when I went from the bottom to the top of that installation flange, I got 33 inches tall. And then outside to outside flange, side to side, I got 18 3/8 inches wide outside to outside, and again, excuse me, that way, right And then with this closed up, I went ahead and thought, okay, I'll measure the thickest, you know, kind of bump out part. I got 21 5/8 inches tall. Again, just from the top here to there. And then on the side here, I got right at 15 1/2 inches on this kind of pop out section here.

So hopefully those measurements will help you match up what you already have. Again, this is a compact fold away design. It's gonna minimize space and those smaller bathroom layouts and give you optional sink in those bathrooms when you need something in a tight area. And again, it's a universal design, so it's gonna support a wide range of RV models and campers. And this is an OE grade construction. So again, it should be a direct replacement or an upgrade depending on what you're using it for. Folks, that's gonna wrap up our quick look together. I'm Steven. Thanks for watching.
