Match the Space and Drain Without Reworking the Bathroom

Replacement jobs get expensive fast when the pan misses the opening or the drain lands in the wrong place. This kit pairs a shower pan sized at 40" long x 24" wide with a left hand drain, a 2" drain hole, and the drain center 4-7/8" from the closest edge, plus a surround formed to 40" wide x 23-3/4" deep x 59" tall for standard 40" x 24" alcove openings. When those measurements match your space, you can set the pan, line up the surround, and keep the replacement moving without turning it into a bigger rebuild.

Support the Floor and Keep Water in the Shower Area

Cracks and hidden wall damage usually start when the floor flexes or water slips past the edges. The shower pan uses a pre-installed foam base to keep the bottom seated securely and evenly during installation, while the 3-sided flange and 4-5/16" deep pan contain the wash area below. Once the pan is set on a prepared surface and the edges are sealed with the surround in place, the floor stays supported underfoot and water stays inside the shower footprint, which protects the surrounding wall area and keeps the shower ready for the next trip.

Handle Tight Install Conditions and Daily Use With Less Trouble

Tight RV bathrooms leave little room for mistakes when you are fitting wall panels around fixtures and uneven surfaces. This surround uses white ABS plastic, can be drilled or adjusted on-site to accommodate layout constraints, and installs with pressure sensitive tape (sold separately), an ABS-compatible spray adhesive (not included), or rivets (sold separately). Once it is positioned and bonded flat against the wall surface, the surround stays seated, holds up to normal contact, and gives you wall coverage that does not look like a patched repair.

Soap and bottles sliding around the pan turn a finished shower into a cluttered one, especially in a compact space where every movement counts. The surround has 3 molded shelves built directly into the wall, and the pan adds a textured anti-slip floor that gives your feet more traction while showering. Once the kit is installed and sealed, you have a complete shower area where supplies stay put, footing stays more controlled, and the whole space feels ready for regular use instead of waiting on one more fix.
