Fits the Opening and Drain Layout You Already Have

Replacement projects get sideways fast when the base does not match the opening or the drain lands on the wrong side. This kit pairs a 40" long x 24" wide shower pan with a surround formed to 40" wide x 23-3/4" deep x 59" tall, and the pan uses a right hand drain with a 2" hole set 4-7/8" from the closest edge. When those measurements match your space, the pan drops into place, the surround lines up with the alcove, and the shower can go back together without tearing into the room around it.

Supports the Floor Where Cracks Usually Start

A lot of replacement pans fail at the bottom because the floor underneath does not carry the load evenly. This pan uses a pre-installed foam base that keeps the bottom seated securely and evenly during installation, addressing one of the main trouble spots called out in replacement jobs. Once it is set on a prepared surface, the floor feels supported underfoot and the shower stays ready for stepping in, turning around, and rinsing off.

Keeps Water Contained at the Base and Walls

Leaks around a shower do more than interrupt a trip because water getting past the edges can damage the interior around it. The pan uses a 3-sided flange, and the surround covers the wall area around the shower so the pieces work together to define and seal the bathing space. Once installed and sealed, water stays inside the shower footprint and the surrounding wall area stays protected for the next shower.

The pan uses a textured anti-slip floor for traction, while the surround adds 3 molded shelves that keep essentials within reach instead of underfoot. With your footing planted and toiletries up off the base, you can step in, shower, and move around with more control in a compact space.

Finishes the Replacement Instead of Looking Like a Patch

A bathroom repair can drag on when the wall section is awkward to mount or needs extra changes before it will sit right. This surround installs using pressure sensitive tape (sold separately), an ABS-compatible spray adhesive (not included), or rivets (sold separately), and it can be drilled or adjusted on-site to work through fixture and layout constraints while adding 3 molded shelves to the finished wall. When the pan is in, the surround is mounted, and the shower is sealed, the whole area looks finished and stays ready for regular use instead of feeling like a temporary fix.
