Hi everyone. Steve here with etrailer. Today we're looking at our Gustafson ceiling light. It's a black with champagne, gold accent. Now folks, this is a great option for you if you need to change some illumination above you in your RV or camper. It's gonna be a flush ceiling mount.
There's no hardware included. You would just reuse your old hardware from your current light. Now this measures 11 inches in diameter, end to end, and it's three and one half inches tall. And as you can see, I've got it just kind of wired up loosely today here you have three holes here for mounting hardware to go. Again, just reuse the hardware that came with your OEM light or your existing light that's there.
And then of course, 12 volts of power. I've got it wired up today for our viewing pleasure. Let's shut off the overhead lights in the studio and now we can kind of see, let's go ahead and tilt this up a little bit for you. So you can see you have a little diffuser in there. There's LEDs underneath there, and I do wanna zoom out and let's get a little better effect.
So again, folks, this would be up a lot higher, obviously, but even just basically face level with me and my camera here in front of us is six feet away, give or take. It's putting off a lot of light, very nice and bright. It's a warm kind of a yellowy tint to me. It might not look exactly the same on the camera there, but a decent amount of light. I'm pretty impressed with the output and everything.
So again, folks, this is gonna be a hard wire option. There's no plug, there's no actual button or switch to turn it off and on. You would use your wall switch once you have it installed.
