Hi, everybody. Andy here with etrailer. Let's take a quick look at this RainBlade RV Door Rain Deflector and Sun Visor. Now, this universal RV door frame deflector is gonna be a simple yet smart upgrade for your camper. This is designed for push-out style doors and windows, and this is going to help obviously keep rain and harsh sunlight out while still letting you see clearly outside. The transparent smoke-tinted acrylic here is going to cut down on glare and it's going to protect against UV rays.
And this is going to keep your RV interior more comfortable, all without blocking your view. So, as you can see, this is somewhat transparent. This is a smoke-colored, charcoal tinted, and so that's going to allow about 15% of light transmission. That's gonna be enough to reduce glare while keeping your view. And this is designed to fit flat sided RVs, not corrugated ones, and it's going to cover door frames and windows between 38 inches and 41 inches.
Installation's gonna be pretty easy. You're not gonna need any tools, no cutting or drilling. You're just going to clean the surface real well. There are some alcohol prep wipes that are included, but you do wanna make sure that that surface is nice and clean. And then you're just going to peel this red film off, and that's going to expose the 3M acrylic tape adhesive.
And 3M is, of course, well known for their adhesive product. So that, and then you just stick this on, and that's how easy this is going to be to get installed. This is made from durable UV-resistant acrylic. And this deflector measures about six inches tall. And then the overall length from end to end, about 43.5 inches.
And then the inside length, about 41.5 inches. And this weighs about four pounds. But again, this is gonna be a very easy installation. Gonna do a great job for you. These arrived yesterday and the length is perfect to use them above my RV windows. Can't comment on installation yet because it's too cold and wet here now. Looks like they will be a great addition to my trailer.
