Hi, everybody. Andy here with etrailer. Let's take a quick look at these PopStep NightLine Glow Strips for your RV steps. Now, these photoluminescent step strips are going to be a simple way to make your RV entry steps easier to see in low light conditions. These are going to stick directly to the front edge of each step, creating a glowing reference line that's gonna help you clearly identify each tread after dark. The strips don't require any wiring, batteries, or switches.
They simply absorb natural or ambient light during the day, and then they glow when it's dark. Just as simple as that. Now this kit is designed to fit the MORryde StepAbove steps that are 23-1/2 inches wide, and the Lippert SolidStep models with 24-inch wide steps. Insulation's gonna be quick since each strip has a peel and stick adhesive backing, so you can trim the 24-inch strips if needed to get the perfect fit. And the kit includes what you see here, these four strips giving you enough to mark a typical four step setup.
They're also weather-resistant. They're gonna hold up to outdoor conditions and regular travel. Now I do have these, they've been sitting under my pseudo lights for a few hours here. And this doesn't always show up real well, but I wanted to go ahead and give it a shot. I'm just gonn turn my pseudo lights off here.
And you can maybe see that glow. Sometimes that just does not carry over really well over camera, but in-person, they're got a really nice soft greenish-yellow glow. It's actually so bright that it actually lights up a little bit of my white tabletop here. You are gonna get this alcohol prep pad to prepare the surface, but I can't believe that this one pad's gonna be enough for four steps, so you'll probably wanna make sure you have your own alcohol at home to clean up the surface. But it's really gonna be a great, affordable upgrade that's gonna add visibility and confidence when getting in and out of your RV at night.
