Hi everybody, Andy here with etrailer. Let's take a quick look at these PopStep sets for your Lippert SolidStep. Now, right off the top here, I do want to mention that we have several different versions of these PopSteps available for you. So if you want everything, if you want the PopSteps for your steps, if you want the GapGuards for the space in between the steps, and then if you want the nightline glow strips as well, if you want the complete package, that's the first set that I have there for you on your screen. You can either get it in a four step as I have here or just a three step. And then if you're just looking for the PopStep and the GapGuards and you don't necessarily want the nightline, you can get those kits without the nightline and that's going to be the second category of options there that you see there.

Again, either the four step or the three step. Or maybe you just want the PopSteps for your steps and the nightline, but you don't want the GapGuards, that's fine as well because we do carry those kits for you again in either the four step or the three steps. So whichever set is going to work best for you, whatever quantity, just take the associated part number that you see there on your screen, pop it in the search field or our website. That will take you to what you're looking for and you can add that to your order. But this is going to be an upgraded bundle for those who already have the four step or the three step Lippert SolidStep setup with the 20 inch wide treads.

The PopStep covers go over all four or three metal treads and it gives you this textured PVC walking surface. And the main benefit of course is going to be better grip, especially when the steps are wet from rain, dew, or campsite moisture. They also make the bare metal feel more comfortable underfoot and they're also going to help knock dirt and debris off your shoes and paws before it gets tracked into your RV. And since these are made from non-absorbent PVC rather than carpet, these obviously are not going to soak up water and they're going to stay clean with soap and water. They're going to be very easy to maintain, very easy to keep clean.

These are going to be especially useful for campers who have dealt with carpet style covers holding moisture, sand and debris. I've also seen some that are kind of, they have an AstroTurf type material, and that immediately will start flaking off and sometimes you can even track that into your RV. So that's where these come in and they're, in my opinion, a better option over those other ones that we mentioned, whether it's the carpeted ones or like the AstroTurf ones. Now these GapGuards, if you choose to get them, they're going to obviously fill those open spaces between the four steps, On your screen, I've got a picture there for you showing you what that's going to look like when you have the complete set in place. So those GapGuards are going to be primarily useful for dogs that are uncomfortable with open back stairs because it's going to give the staircase a more visually continuous appearance.

And the guards are flexible and they're designed to move with the SolidStep system so you can still operate and stow the stairs normally. You can see that these do come with these retaining clips and these will have instructions to kind of let you know how you can best use these. Sometimes depending on temperature conditions or weather conditions, you might need those clips to kind of hold them in place. But again, the instructions will walk you through that process. And then if you choose to get the nightline here, that's going to add obviously visibility after dark. These strips are going to mount along the step edges using the automotive grade adhesive and they're going to charge from daylight or other ambient light. Once it gets dark, they're going to give off a soft green glow that's going to help define where each tread ends. So what's nice about something like this, you're not going to have to worry about batteries, switches, wiring or electrical connections to deal with. So it should be a pretty simple, easy application. You'll just peel the film back to expose that adhesive. So again, these bundles are going to be specifically for your Lippert SolidStep with four or three steps and 20 inch treads. So you want to be sure to measure the actual flat stepping surface on your steps from side to side rather than using the RV door width. So just getting my tape measure here, you can see 20 inches. Our neighbors tell us that they appreciate the improved wet traction, that these eliminate that slick feeling of bare aluminum steps. And those who are pet owners mentioned that they want their dogs to feel more confident going up and down the steps. So this is going to help with that. And then again, it's going to help keep dirt out of your RV. So that's another reoccurring benefit that our neighbors mentioned as well. You saw me pop up that graphic again.
