Video Transcript for Review of InterVac RV Vacuum - CS RM Vacuum Cleaner - IV93FR

Hi, everybody. Andy here with etrailer. Let's take a quick look at this InterVac CSRM vacuum cleaner. Now this is a remote mounted central vacuum power unit, which means that it is the main motor for the central vac system, but it's designed to be installed out of the way. Like, inside of a cabinet or storage compartment. That's gonna be especially helpful in RVs or smaller residential spaces where you wanna save room and keep things looking neat and tidy.

This is gonna run on your standard 110 volt power and it comes with this 5-foot power cord, so there's no special wiring required. This unit also includes the circuit board and the low voltage connections, which means it's ready to tie in to your central vacuum system controls. Now one nice feature, as you probably already saw is the rear inlet. That's gonna help streamline the airflow routing. It's gonna make installation cleaner and often easier, especially in those tighter spaces.

And up at the front here, I just wanted to show you how you can insert the hose there in the front. It's got a slide door there to close that off, and then this whole panel comes off. This will include a vacuum bag and a filter, and we do carry replacements of the bags and the filters here at etrailer. And then this easily goes right back into place just like so. (vac thudding) Very durable. It's gonna hold up really well for you. Speaking of size, let me try to give you some measurements here. Going over the over all measurements first.

We are looking like we're sitting pretty close to 11 3/4 inches long. The overall width or depth about 6 3/4. And then, the overall height. Again about 6 3/4. Now, let's talk, cut out dimensions real quick. Looking at that depth again, about six inches. And then the length. This might be tricky to see. About 11 inches. And the height. Again, about six inches or so. You see where you mount this at here. Hopefully you can see that. Now, one thing to keep in mind. This is just the power unit. So, this does not include the accessory kit. It does not include your hoses or attachments, so you probably already have that if you're looking for this. This is basically just going to be like a replacement unit. So, if you're starting from scratch, you will need to purchase those accessories as well, and you can find them here at etrailer.
