Hi everybody. Andy here with etrailer. Let's take a quick look at this Aquafresh 50-foot long Heated Drinking Water Hose for your RV. Now this is a 50-foot long heated fresh water hose and this is designed to keep your water flowing even in extreme cold temperatures all the way down to -20 degrees Fahrenheit. So this is gonna be perfect for RV use, agricultural setups, and even industrial or commercial applications where you need a reliable water supply in freezing temperatures. Now, what makes this hose really convenient, is that it does have a self-regulating heating system built in.
So that means that it's gonna automatically adjust the heat output based on the outside temperature. So the idea is, as it gets colder, this hose is gonna produce more heat, and as temperatures rise, it's gonna reduce heat. So there's no thermostat needed and no settings to mess with. You're just going to plug this in and it's gonna do the rest of the work for you. This does run on standard 120-volt AC power.
It has a six-foot long power cord, and so this is gonna be easy to connect to a typical outlet. And it's a lighted plug here as well. And I've got an extension cord here. Let me see if I can plug this in here real quick for you, just to show that to you. And this bright light, so hopefully you can see that this does light up.
It's got an orange light in there. So you're gonna know at a glance that this is plugged in and it's going to give you added freeze protection because what I really like here is you've got these heavy duty zippered cuffs at both ends of the hose here. So that's gonna help protect your connections, which are often the most vulnerable spots for freezing. The hose also has a thermal outer sleeve, which is gonna help circulate warm air around the hose and protect the internal heating components. Inside the hose, there is a food-grade PVC liner, so it's gonna be safe for drinking water.
This is going to meet important safety and performance standards. You are going to get these three hook and loop straps to keep your hose manageable, especially when you have it wrapped up and coiled and you don't want it to come undone. Those straps are gonna come in clutch for that, but overall, this is gonna be a dependable solution if you need a steady supply of drinking water in those freezing conditions without having to worry about your hose icing up. This is built to be safe. It's built to be durable and easy to use, especially for RVers or anyone working outside in those cold temperatures.
