Features to know about

Reliable Cooling on 12V Power

Keeping food at the right temperature during travel or extended stays starts with a refrigerator that works with your 12V electrical system. This unit runs on 12V DC power and uses a compressor-based design with 7 thermostat settings, letting you adjust cooling as conditions change. The top-mounted freezer keeps frozen foods separate from refrigerated items, with temperatures from -4 to 10.4 degrees F in the freezer and 39 to 45 degrees F in the refrigerator. You can fine-tune temperatures to match changing conditions and keep your refrigerator operating while your RV is on the move.

Separate Freezer Storage That Stays Easy to Reach

Organized Groceries

Digging through refrigerated items to find frozen food gets old fast when space is limited. The top-mounted freezer keeps frozen goods in a dedicated compartment with a temperature range of -4 to 10.4 degrees F, while the refrigerator section maintains temperatures from 39 to 45 degrees F. Your food stays organized, and grabbing what you need takes less time.

Flexible Storage for Longer Grocery Runs

Flexible Storage

When your next resupply stop isn't around the corner, storage organization becomes just as important as capacity. Four glass shelves, a large crisper drawer, and 3 door shelves help separate produce, drinks, meal ingredients, and frequently used items. Your refrigerator stays easier to manage, even after loading it up for a longer trip.

Designed to Stay Secure During Travel

Food shifting around inside your RV can quickly turn into a mess if the refrigerator door opens while driving. A built-in travel lock helps keep the door secured during transit, reducing unwanted movement as your RV changes direction, stops, and accelerates. You arrive with your refrigerator closed and your groceries where they belong.

Residential-Inspired Appearance Inside Your Kitchen

LED Lighting

Many replacement refrigerators solve a cooling problem but leave your kitchen looking mismatched. This model combines a black finish with a glass front for a more integrated appearance, while LED lighting improves visibility when checking contents. The left-hand door configuration also supports layouts that require that swing direction, helping your refrigerator fit naturally into the space you use every day.

Video Transcript for Review of Invision RV Refrigerators - Black RV Refrigerator Top Freezer Left Hand Door - NV94FR

Hi everybody, Andy here with etrailer. Let's take a quick look at this Envision black RV refrigerator with top freezer. You can either get this in the left hand door option or the right hand door option. And the one that we're looking at together today is going to be the left hand door option. So as you can see, the hinges here are going to be on the left hand side. But if you would like the right hand door option, I have the part number there for you on your screen.

So whichever one is going to work best for your particular application. Take that appropriate part number there, pop it in the search field of our website, that will take you to that option. You can add that to your order. One other thing I wanted to mention as we start our time together, I do have this sitting on a floor dolly. So this is going to be sitting a little bit taller than how you're going to have it in the kitchen of your RV or camper.

I just wanted the flexibility to move this around, give you 360, things like that. So it is going to look a little bit taller during our time together. Now this refrigerator is built for RV travel using an efficient 12 volt DC compressor. And so what this is going to do is obviously keep your food cold, whether you're driving down the highway or even camping off grid. And then let me go ahead and turn this back to the front here.

And then I kind of want to give you a slightly different angle, a little bit of a closer view here and show you the inside of beginning with the fridge here. I'm losing my bottle there. There we go. So this is designed to make meal storage simple and organized. And we have this separate top mounted freezer right here.

And that's going to allow you to keep your frozen foods apart, separate from your refrigerated items. While inside the fridge here, we have one, two, three, four glass shelves there. So you're going to have really quite a bit of storage space here. And as I mentioned, the shelves are glass. You're going to have a little bit of flexibility with organizing those shelves as it's going to work best for you. You have a large CRISPR drawer at the bottom, as you can see. And then of course on the inside of the door here, we have these shelves here where you can put your condiments, put some bottles here as we have here. So all in all, you're going to have quite a bit of storage space, quite a bit of different ways in which you can organize the contents of your fridge. And then I wanted to again close that and show you the freezer section as well. So you're going to have one shelf in there. So quite a bit of space in there as well. You do have no storage space on the door here, just so you're aware of that. So let me go ahead and give you some measurements. Looking at the overall height from the top of the fridge to the bottom of our floor dolly here, we're sitting about 55 and a half inches tall. The overall width from end to end, about 21 and 7/8 inches. And then the overall depth from the depth from the front of the doors all the way to the back, about 22 and 13/16 inches deep. Now going back to our, the inside of the fridge here, you probably already saw it. We do have our thermostat control right here. That's going to give you seven thermostat settings, so you're going to be able to easily fine tune the temperature as the outside conditions change. And so this is going to allow you to be pretty flexible again with how you store things and it's not going to take up a whole lot of space either, but it's going to give you most of the benefits of having like a residential fridge in your RV or camper. Now, one other thing I wanted to mention is this does have a built-in travel lock system for the door. So what that means for you is when you're going down the road, you're not going to have to worry about these doors just accidentally popping open. You can see the latch here where they're going to firmly secure to. So again, that's going to keep everything closed and everything in place for when you are ready to open this up and grab whatever you need. I think that's going to wrap up our quick look today. I do hope that it was helpful for you. Again, my name is Andy. Thank you for joining me.

  • Dometic DM2852LBFX Not Cooling After Working Fine
That definitely isn't what you want to come home to after a good camping trip Bill. Since your Dometic worked great all week and then suddenly quit cooling, I wouldn't assume the refrigerator has failed just yet. There are a few simple things I'd check first. I'd start by making sure the RV is sitting level. Absorption refrigerators need to be level to cool properly. I'd also take a look inside and make sure the little thermistor clipped to the cooling fin hasn't slid out of place. Then...

  • What Are the Cutout Dimensions and Clearance for the Invision 8 Cu Ft Refrigerator NV94F?
Hi David! The Invision 8 cubic foot refrigerator, part # NV94FR, requires a cabinet opening that's at least 56.1 inches tall, 23.3 inches wide, and 21.1 inches deep. The refrigerator itself measures 55.5 inches tall, 21.9 inches wide, and 22.8 inches deep, so the slightly larger opening gives you the room needed to slide the refrigerator into place and secure it to the surrounding cabinetry. For ventilation, Invision recommends leaving a minimum of 1 inch of open space above the refrigerator,...
