Hi, everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a real quick look at this Rhino-Rack replacement rectangular head T-bolt. Now, this is going to replace a lost or damaged galvanized M-6 by 40 millimeter rectangular head T-bolt. And this T-bolt is going to fit into the channels and tracks to mount a variety of accessories, including water-sport carriers, ski and snowboard carriers and rooftop carriers. The dimensions of our head is going to be 21 millimeters by 17 millimeters. This is the direct replacement from Rhino-Rack, so, you can trust that it's going to work right in place of that original one.
You're not gonna have to worry about compatibility issues, fitment issues or anything like that. Well, that's gonna wrap up our quick look today. I do hope that it was helpful for you. Again, my name is Andy, thank you for joining me.
These T-bolts were part of an assortment of T-bolts and nyloc nuts I bought to adapt a Thule Velo-Vise to new Yakima Jetstream crossbars. Thule's standard XAdapt-1 hardware wasn't the right fit to put a Thule product on a Yakima crossbar, but the folks at E-Trailer suggested these. I was ultimately able to use 35 mm Rhino-Rack bolts, but I'm glad I have these (and the matching locknuts) on hand for later.
they fit perfectly so far, will need to test it out.
