Secure, Clamp-On Installation
To complete installation, place the fully assembled rack on your flush rails and tighten the rack in place with the torque tool included with the feet. The inner and outer clips in each foot tighten with a single mounting bolt to ensure an even, secure grip on your rails. An audible click from the torque tool indicates the rack is secured properly.
Protection for Your Rails
The rubber-coated steel clips and molded rubber pads protect your side rails from scratches and abrasions. The pads easily slide onto the bottoms of each foot, and they're designed to fit the shape and contour of your vehicle's flush rails.

Hi, everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a real quick look at this fit kit for your Thule Evo FlushRail and Edge FlushRail roof rack feet. Now this kit has been designed to work with your Volvo EX90 five-door SUV, and these fit kit clips are going to be easy to install on your Evo FlushRail or Edge FlushRail feet. You're just gonna remove the lockable covers and slide the inner and outer clips over the mounting bolt, screw on the socket head nut, and insert the mounting pads onto the bottom of the feet. To complete the installation, you're gonna place the fully assembled rack on your flush rails and tighten the rack in place with the torque wrench, the torque tool that's included with the feet, and the inner and outer clips in each foot are going to tighten with the single mounting bolt to ensure an even secure grip on your rails. And an audible click from that torque tool is gonna indicate that the rack is geared properly.
These rubber coated steel clips are going to prevent scratching. And then we have these molded rubber pads that are gonna protect your vehicle's paint from scratches and abrasions. The pads are gonna easily slide into the bottom of each foot, and and they also put the shape and contour of your roof. You're gonna get everything that you see here, along with a set of instructions.
