  The Rhino-Rack RTC-Style Roof Rack Tracks part # RTC16 will need to be installed on a flat surface. If the tracks are not installed on a flat level surface then the tracks will rock and pivot back and forth creating a weak point in the water seals. If the tracks pivot then the crossbars will not attach to the mounting feet.   To date Thule has not developed any custom-fit roof rack crossbars for use on specific campers. My contact at Thule did confirm that he knows of no plans to develop a custom-fit rack system to fit your Jayco's roof rails.   Rhino-Rack does offer longer heavy-duty load bars. We do not have a set of load bars that are 61 inches long, but the heavy-duty bar, # RB1500S, are 59 inches long and the heavy-duty bars, # RB1650S, are 65 inches long. For a kayak carrier, I would recommend the Rhino-Rack J-Style Kayak Carrier, # S510. You will need the Heavy-Duty Crossbar Adapters, # KC-FK8.
