Was hoping key would fit my vw locking roof bars and was so happy to find the key I ordered would fit. It was my understanding that vw roof bars are made by Thule. It seems to be the case so I'm very happy.

Amazing service! Leaving for vacation and two days prior couldn't find lock key for my Thule cargo carrier. Found one on etrailer and next day had it. Paid premium for over night but gotta do what you gotta do.
The keys were perfect, I could open the top parts of the rack but it seems that the bottom parts that sit on the roof are different cause I can open the end parts on them and there is no number on them or indication to match to a key number, beside that I,m very satisfied thank you

Inherited a locked Thule container when we moved into a new house, ordered a spare key, worked great, fast shipping.
A key is a key, etrailers packaging substandard. 2 little keys just thrown loosely into a mailer, how easy to have lost. It is sad on how often my orders were carelessly packed from etrailer.
Needing keys for my Thule cargo carrier, the order was delivered as hoped. etrailer promptly notified me that the keys were being shipped and provided tracking info. The email interaction from George J, etrailer, was great given that I was concerned about delivery on such short notice. I will definitely look to this site for future purchases for any trailer or recreational needs.
I had my truck stolen and unfortunately my rack keys were in it. So I had to purchase new ones to replace them

I wanted to reach out to you in regards to your review on the replacement Thule key. You mentioned in your review that you wanted the rubber keys. I would be happy to see if I could locate the keys, you are looking for. Was this a Thule product that you needed the keys for? If so, can you tell me the name of it or the model? Or do you have a picture of the Thule part that you have?
