I was happy to stumble upon etrailer when searching for a replacement key for my car rooftop luggage box. Their website was user friendly and the product was easy to find. This roof rack will take a bit of man handling. If you have a 2014 Subaru Legacy then forget about the fit guide according to Etrailer CS, because the fit number on the bars won't even come close to fitting on the roof. Also, It would help a lot if you had a buddy to tighten the other side of the mount at the same time to ensure proper fit on the roof. I still followed the spacing guide for racks.. After a 15 minutes or more of trial error .It finally fitted. Keep in mind this a less expensive rack and the rubber on the foot are kinda cheesy..

Still working, driving cross country acouple of times, no issues. Yes, it is just a key but the customer service is what really makes the difference.
I needed a replacement key for my Thule ski rack.
It's good to see that etrailer has a line on replacement keys for older thule racks as it's very difficult to find them anywhere else. I specially was pleased to findthat they did not charge for shipping. The price was very fair the key worked fantastically and it was delivered on time as promised.
