I received the key I order for my Sportrack ski/snow board carrier. The key number is 013. However the key won't be able to insert into the key hole. Could you help me to solve the problem. I have attached photos of the lock.

Yes, please proceed. The key fit the lock , but it didn’t turn. I got the rails off another way.
The replacement key worked perfectly!
Lock does NOT fit the lock cylinder that is stamped "Y014" Otherwise, the item was shipped in a reasonable amount of time. Had hoped this would have been a quick and easy fix for the issue of getting the crossbars removed
