Hello everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer. Today, we're going to take a look at the replacement 10-inch long passenger side LED strip for your Roadmaster 157 taillight wiring kit. Now, this part here is gonna replace the passenger side LED strip on your Roadmaster 157 universal LED taillight wiring kit. Now, this is gonna work on the passenger side. We do also sell the driver's side if you do need that, that's sold separately. That goes by the left or the driver's side, it's part number 157-10, or the etrailer part number RM89NQ.

Now, this is a flexible 10-inch LED strip, curves to fit the body work for a nice wide side and rear visibility. On the very back of it, it uses pre-installed 3M automotive adhesive backing. Provides a quick secure mount. And the wiring on this, it is a color-coded 3-wire pigtail right here. Easily connects into your kit's junction box.

As you can see, I do have some wires connected to it. We're going to have it hooked up to 12-volt power just to show you how bright the light is. This is gonna restore a bright brake light, turn light, and tail light function to alert drivers behind you. So right now what we're gonna do is we'll go ahead and turn on the 12-volt on and you'll see the tail light function come on, just like that. We go ahead and hit the overhead lights.

You'll see that very bright. And then if you do the tail light function, that was the tail light function. If you do the turn light function, you'll be able to see. There's the turn light function. And then if you hit the brakes, you'll notice when you hit the brakes it's a lot brighter light.

So we'll go ahead and turn off our power. Turn back on our overhead lights. Now, this is for a quantity of one passenger side LED strip. As we mentioned, the length on the light, it's 10 inches. Operating voltage 12-volt DC, IP68 rating. And again, the adhesive on the back is a pre-installed 3M automotive tape.
