Video Transcript for Review of Rhino Rack Replacement Bolt M8 x 50 mm - RRB154

Hi everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a real quick look at this Rhino-Rack replacement bolt. Now, this is going to replace one security bolt for your Rhino-Rack 2500 Series Roof Racks. And as you know, this does secure the leg base of the clamp. This installs through the clamp and screws into the pivot nut. And this measures M8 by 50 millimeters, and this is the direct replacement from Rhino-Rack.

What that means for you is you can trust that this is going to work just like that original security bolt. You're not gonna have to worry about compatibility issues, fitment issues, or anything like that, since this is the direct replacement from Rhino-Rack. You will, again, just receive one. So if you need more than one, just be sure to adjust the quantity in your order. Well, that's gonna wrap up our quick look today.

I do hope that it was helpful for you. Again, my name is Andy. Thank you for joining me.

  • Recommended Replacement Leg Screws for the Rhino Rack 2500 Series Legs
Sorry to hear about that Wendie, but we do have both screws # RRB154 & # RR89UB available for replacement for the Rhino-Rack 2500 Series Legs for Vortex Aero Crossbars # RRRLKVA. There is no secret to getting the screw out, but since it's stripped it's going to be a lot harder. If you have enough of the head removed, you can try using a set of locking pliers around the head and back it out that way. I've actually had to do this a couple times, it's not fun, but it works.
