Hello, neighbors. Steven here with etrailer.com. Let's take a look together at Replacement Teacup Handle Set for the Phoenix Faucets. This is a dual handle faucet setup with a nice chrome finish. So folks, maybe you broke one of these handles over time for whatever reason, cracked it or something. No fear.
They're super simple to replace. I know you can do it yourself and it's not gonna take too long. So getting into it, what are the components Well, you've got these two, I'm gonna just call 'em "inserts," if you will. But as you can see, it's kind of got like a tooth kind of shape inside of there, or slots. What you'll do is you're gonna have a little set screw in the backside of this handle.
Let me walk around here and get you a closeup of that. Bear with the camera while I adjust. So this little bitty set screw here, that's gonna come out with like an Allen key or a hex head. You will unthread that. Okay You'll take that off.
It'll be sitting on top of this. You'll take that set screw out, pop this off. Inside of this will be a screw, just like this one holding that in place. You'll take that out and then you'll be able to take that off. And then to install it, you just reverse the process.
So you'll put this on top of the water spout, spigot, whatever. And then you'll put that screw back in. And you'll notice this is a hex head shape here. You'll match that up over the top of that once you get that tight. And once you get this in, you'll use that hex head again and put that little set screw until it's tight. And then you can simply use the handle like normal operation. So very simple design. It's really simple to replace, like I was saying earlier. You're gonna get the two screws, the two little bell caps, whatever you wanna call 'em, and the handles. You'll notice you got hot and cold, blue and red, to make it simple for which side you're on. This is a DA compliant. I'll throw some dimensions up on the screen here. They're roughly three and a half inches wide overall by two and a half inches tall at the tallest point. And about one and a half inches on that bevel round piece there, whatever you wanna call it. Again, nice durable plastic construction with the chrome finish. This is the replacement Teacup Handle Set, as they call 'em, for the Phoenix Faucets Dual Handles. I'm Steven, thanks for watching.
Perfect one-for-one replacement for the cheap plastic lever faucet handles in my RV. Perhaps in the future I’ll upgrade the whole faucet, but for a quick fix this is exactly what I wanted. The kit includes 6 individual pieces: 2 lever handles with set screws, 2 bases, and 2 base screws. All I needed was 1 lever handle, I’ll save the rest for the future. I received the faucet handles that I had ordered. They appear to be exactly like the ones I removed from my RV a short while back. Unfortunately, my RV is in the shop for repairs. When it is finished, I'll install the new handles. Thank you for the very prompt service.
exact replacements for my faucet, just wish the original and replacements were available in a more sturdy material instead of thin plastic. I guess in a RV the designers were more concerned with weight.

That is exactly right, Mark. Weight is everything when it comes to RVs
I thought these were metal handles, but they are not. My customer refused them on that reasoning, but they are nice looking and we will add them to our inventory. The service from etrailer was great, very friendly and knowledgeable.

Great
This product replaced my phoenix lever faucets successfully. They were a good match for the sprocket. The handles were slightly larger than the original. The material feels like plastic, but seems thick enough to be strong. Note had a red dot and a blue dot at handle tips for hot and cold.
Great replacement handle for our boat faucet, fits like a glove. Well designed website and fast shipping.
