Video Transcript for What to Know About the Replacement Prop Rod Assembly for Leer Tonneau Covers

Hello, everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a look at the replacement prop rod assembly for the Leer Hard Tonneau Covers, it is for a quantity of two rods. Now, these parts here will replace the prop rod assembly on your Leer quad-fold tonneau cover. These are designed to fit the Leer part number 650130. And just to show you what we're talking about, if I pop up an insert there, you can see these prop rods in action there, holding up the tonneau cover. Basically, they'll keep the hard tonneau in the upright position when they're folded up towards the truck cab, and they'll also keep the tonneau cover from contacting the cab.

As you can see, they install by snapping onto a ball stud on the tonneau cover itself. And just to show you what we're talking about, if you look real close, you can see the ball socket on each end of these prop rods and the clip over them. So these would just snap onto that ball stud and be held in place. But that should do it for the review on the replacement prop rod assembly for the Leer Hard Tonneau Covers.
