They sent us the first one with no packing or labels saying fragile glass, needles to say we refused it, the serving one was the wrong one, the tired one was the correct one but the charged is more money for it, saying that was a input error and it should have been higher in the beginning. 3 people 2 different prices, a little confusing. Not sure if the right person is working in the shopping department. They stood by the issues, but it took almost 3 weeks to finally get the right one. We feel they should have shipped it priority since it was their fault. I will buy from them again, but make sure they know what happened this time.
The part arrived promptly , was the correct part and easily fitted.
Truly amazed company follows up one year later . Will definitely continue to shop this company .
