OK - so it's tough to write a review about a key, but this isn't really about the keys... Some knucklehead left the spare keys to his matching trailer locks sitting on the tongue of the trailer and headed for the lake. Wasn't fortunate enough to have them fall off in the driveway on the street in front of my house. A quick call to etrailer and a couple of days later the replacement keys were in my hands. Fast shipping and great customer service it said it would be at my address till the 30th of march i got it on the 28th.
Replacement keys look and function the same as ones that came with the locks.
That was fast and exactly what was desc ribed.

Had a locksmith cut keys for me. They didn’t always work. Had to jiggle them to work if at all. So can’t have trailer hitch locked and no key. So I purchased the factory keys.. making several sets up just in case. Should have bought factory to start with.

I know that's not a good experience Steve. I'd be happy to help you get the right replacement for your set-up. These are meant to replace the keys for your Fastway universal coupler lock with key number 320 (FA86-0015-320) or for your Fastway trailer hitch pin lock (FA86-00-3660) with key number 320. Just to double check, is this the same key you are replacing?
