Hello, neighbors. Steve here with etrailer.com. Today we're looking at the SeaSucker Flex X Phone Mount, and it's a vacuum mount in black color. So folks, we do offer this in white as well. You can get that separately here at etrailer.com. The Flex Mount will let you mount your phone or other small electronics for hands-free accessibility on the go.
You simply spring it open, it'll automatically close to the size it's holding, and it can hold items up to three and a quarter inches wide. Now this guy here is a little piece of rubber. Basically, you put your phone in the four corners to wrap around your phone, and it gives you a nice grip mat here to hold your electronic device or whatever you're putting on there. It's 11 inches tall overall. It'll hold one phone.
And when it's applied, the vacuum will hold 120 pounds of force. It is a seven inch long arm right here, and that arm can pivot. So let's say you got something mounted here, maybe off to the side or down below or whatnot, you have different options. You can also unscrew this guy here, this arm, and there's another threaded mount here on the side. You could technically thread it here for another mount.
I wanna put it back on this way for my demo here. Now they do give you a nice cover here. It's hard plastic. I'll move that out of the way. You have a four and a half inch wide pump activated vacuum cup, and it will mount to most non-porous, smooth surfaces.
It's either horizontal or vertical, such as glass, metal, fiberglass even. It's pretty simple to install. You just simply hold it in place, start pumping. You pump out all the air, or vacuum out, rather. When the orange indicator disappears, that tells you you vacuumed out all the air just like so, and it is holding on. Again, 120 pound of force. You're not moving the vacuum, we're just moving the arm. It's that strong. You got a rubber tab here, one over here. You simply push in and pull up a little bit to release the vacuum and get the product back loose. Again folks, when you're not using it, I recommend you cover the vacuum mount here just to keep debris and dirt and dings and scratches away. That way it'll work perfectly for years and years to come. I also do recommend some lubrication gel, sold separately. It's gonna go here with the plunger pump assembly, and that's gonna help prevent the plunger from sticking and lubricate that vacuum cup seal inside of there. Well folks, that we'll wrap it up for our look today at the SeaSucker Phone Mount, the Flex X version in black. I'm Steven. Have a good one.
