Some days you haul groceries and tools. Other days it's bikes, stacked bins, ladders, or lumber. Fas-Top lets you cover smaller or taller cargo while carrying long gear overhead, then open up your whole bed for oversized loads or towing.
Some days your truck bed is carrying groceries, tools, or gear that fits below the rails. Other days it's bikes, stacked bins, hunting gear, or something else that sits above them. The Fas-Top Traveler gives you a tonneau cover for the smaller loads and a cab-height soft topper for the taller ones, all on the same truck. Fold the topper down when you want to use the tonneau cover, or remove it completely when you need to use your whole bed or tow with a 5th-wheel or gooseneck hitch.
The aluminum X-frame gives the topper its shape without the weight of a hard shell. It folds down into the sling in less than a minute, or you can remove the topper by releasing 4 corner latches and pulling 2 pins. Because the frame weighs less than a hard topper, you keep more of your truck's payload available for the gear you're actually hauling. The sturdy X-frame also helps the soft topper resist flapping in the wind at highway speeds.
Kayaks, ladders, and lumber can take up most of your truck bed before you load coolers, tools, camping gear, and everything else you're bringing with you. The included JayBar ladder rack carries long gear above your bed while the topper or tonneau cover keeps the rest covered below. The ladder rack and covers use the same Fas-Top rails, so the rack can stay in place when you switch between the topper and tonneau cover. Add the optional JayBar side bars (FT49YJ - sold separately) when you want mounting space along the sides of the rack for gas cans, recovery jacks, traction boards, and other bulky gear. The side bars mount in a high or low position, so you can place that gear where it works best for your setup.
The model-specific Fas-Top rails clamp to your truck's bed rails without drilling or welding. Installation only requires a 9/16" wrench or socket and a tape measure. Built-in utility tracks give the JayBar ladder rack and other Fas-Top accessories a place to mount, while the shared rails let you switch between the topper and tonneau cover.
The Traveler comes with clear front and rear windows. If you're camping in your truck bed, traveling with pets, or carrying gear that needs more ventilation, replace the clear rear window with the mesh rear window (FT64UV - sold separately). If you have luggage, tools, camping gear, or other cargo you don't want visible through the back of the topper, the blackout rear window (FT66HV - sold separately) replaces the clear rear window with an opaque panel.
