Hello neighbors. I'm Steven. And today we're looking at the Rampage Locking Padded Center Console for Jeeps. Now this is a custom fit application. I went ahead and threw it up there above my left-hand shoulder. Always use our Fit Guide, center of the homepage etrailer.com.
Enter your year, make, and model, and make sure you're getting the right part for your specific vehicle the first time. Now, this center console is gonna provide an extra storage space for you inside your Jeep for small items. It's got a nice locking storage compartment. It's gonna deter theft of items that are stowed inside the Jeep. Now it does have a nice extra large padded armrest.
Now that guy does lift up for access into the compartment. It also has two cup holders. I'll go ahead and flip that over and try to get you a better view of them when I zoom in here. So you got your cup holders, hard, heavy, they're plastic. Lots of space inside of here.
And, again, that foam-padded armrest there. Now this is a custom fit between the front seats of your Jeep. It does have the included mounting hardware and bracket that is required to install it. And you get the key there as well to lock it. Now this guy here is pretty neat.
It's actually a little recessed removable cooler insert. So you can put six cans of soda in here or whatever. Put that in your cooler, get 'em cold, and then pop it in here before your trip. Close it up, and you get a nice little secondary kind of cooler, if you will, to keep those drinks nice and cool. So that's pretty neat. Now keep in mind, you will have to do some drilling to install this inside your Jeep, but it's not too bad. I wouldn't worry about it. Instructions are pretty clear. Looks really easy to use. Now, finishing up here, it also has a nice mesh pocket up here in front. You could store a couple things in there possibly as well. Very nice console. I will be installing it today. It’s going to be great to know that someone can’t just walk by and reach in my Jeep and grab my sunglasses or other items and walk away with them.
We received the console 12/13/2017 about 3PM, as per your previous e-mail. Our car, is a 1969 Ford Falcon that has been re-done. The front had a bench seat and has been replaced with buckets. This console fits with about 1/4 inch on each side, which is what we wanted. The length works well for our needs, therefore, this is what we wanted. Perhaps, you can add this information for your future clients, made for Jeeps, also fits Ford Falcons w/buckets.
