Video Transcript for Let’s Check Out the Georgia Tech University Chrome Logo Emblem 2" Hitch Cover

Today, we're going to be taking a look at the Georgia Tech University 2" hitch cover from AMG, the hitch cover allows you to show your school pride, it's going to add a clean finish look to your hitch, and it's going to help keep dirt and grime out of the receiver tube of your hitch. The hitch cover's made from a steel construction, it's going to feature a really nice, black, powder-coat finish which is going to do a great job at resisting rust and corrosion. Here on the front, we're going to have the chrome-plated metal emblem, it's going to feature a nice, rust-proof and fade-proof design, the hitch cover is made right here in the USA, on the backside, it's got a foam gasket that slides over the piece that goes into the hitch, that's going to do a great job at reducing rattling between the hitch and the hitch cover. This is an officially licensed product, to get it fully installed and secured in the hitch, it does require a hitch pin and clip or a hitch lock. Those items are sold separately, but if you're in need of one, you can find them right here at etrailer.com. The pin holes on this hitch cover will accept a standard 5/8" diameter pin. Taking a look at the measurements of the hitch cover face, it's going to give us an overall width of about 5 inches with an overall height measurement of about 3 1/2". The distance that we have from the back of the foam pad to the center of the hitch pin hole is going to be pretty close to 2 1/2". This is designed for a 2" x 2" hitch, very simple installation, just slide it into the receiver tube of your hitch, line up your pin holes, and it's secure with the hitch pin and clip or hitch lock.
