Hi, everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com, and today, we're gonna take a real quick look at this Bedslide installation kit for aluminum truck beds. This installation kit is going to let you mount any Bedslide tray in an aluminum truck bed. And this is compatible with Ford trucks from 2015 and current. And this is going to install with the included hardware for aluminum truck beds, and some drilling is required. And this also includes the standard hardware that's not required for aluminum bed installation.

The kit deserved a five rating but it had instructions for a long bed install not the short bed I have. Not really a problem as it did have the correct parts in it. The actual install was easy and the parts well made.
I ordered a (no drill) in bed slide. Just to preface the two stars. The system is very well built with that said, the top brackets had to be bolted to the latch catch. Where I had to drill a new hole for the catch latch. Also the bottom brackets were no where near reaching the bed bolt. I had to mark and drill new holes to fit mid bed. That was an ordeal getting the bolts recessed so the slide would pass by said bolts. I have a 2021 Ford F-150 crew cab. Anywho, the whole reason for the purchase was it was supposed to have been direct bolt but it wasn't. Well as one says, any reason to purchase new tools is a learning experience.
