Hi everybody. Andy here with etrailer. Let's take a quick look at this ICON Gooseneck Lock for your two and 5/16th inch Ram gooseneck couplers. Now this is a heavy duty lock that's designed specifically to protect your trailer from theft. And in terms of fit, this is going to simply slide over your trailer's gooseneck coupler and lock into place. On your screen there, I'm showing you a few images of what this is going to look like in action on that coupler.
This is designed to work specifically with your two and 5/16th inch Ram round and square gooseneck coupler. So as long as you have one of those installation's gonna be quick and straightforward. What really sets us apart is this patented radial fin design, which makes this extremely difficult to cut, drill, or pry off, even with power tools. The body is made from hardened cast steel, so it's built to take serious abuse without giving in. This also uses a high security disc detainer locking system, which is much harder to pick than standard locks.
And I just want to give you a brief demonstration here of how easy this is gonna be to use. You get four keys, everything's gonna be keyed alike here. I'm gonna come around so I can see what I'm doing. You're gonna stick that key in there and then that's going to allow you to turn just like that. And then that's going to allow you to pull that down.
And then you'll just slide this over your coupler. And then once you have it over your coupler, you'll push that back in. That will go into the coupler, and then you'll just turn the key here to secure that in place, just like so. So that's locked into place. And then you'll just take this, this is going to seal everything out of that lock.
It's gonna keep moisture and dirt out of there, so it's gonna hold up really well in outdoor conditions over time. But this is very strong, very durable, very robust, and it's going to be a great way to protect your investment.
