Filling big tanks, a small counter tops out before you're done. This 115V AC pump delivers 20 GPM and has a 5-digit meter that tracks up to 999.9 gallons per transfer, plus a 7-digit lifetime total. Read it, reset, and log the run.
When you're moving a lot of fuel, a small counter tops out fast and you lose the number mid-transfer. This pump comes with a 5-digit mechanical fuel transfer meter designed to register flow rates of 6-40 GPM per minute, and it's capable of registering up to 999.9 gallons per transfer. The manual reset knob clears the 5-digit counter between fills, so each transfer starts at zero. You finish a run, read the total on the meter, and reset it for the next tank.
If you want long-term tracking, resettable counters don't give you a permanent baseline once someone clears the numbers. This meter includes lifetime volume tracking with a 7-digit non-resettable counter, so total fuel moved stays recorded over time. It keeps the lifetime number separate from the per-transfer count. You can check total volume moved whenever you need a running total across months or seasons.
Short hose runs force you to park in one exact spot, and smaller lines can become a choke point once you start moving more fuel. This pump includes 18' of 1" hose with static ground wire, and it uses 1-1/4" inlet and 1" outlet female connections. The longer 18' hose gives you room to work around the tank, and the 1" line matches the outlet size at the pump. You pull the hose where you need it and keep the plumbing consistent from the pump to the nozzle.
When multiple fuels live in the same area, a mix-up can happen fast if the nozzle looks like every other handle. The cast aluminum manual nozzle has a green plastic covering to indicate use for auto diesel fuel. The plastic nozzle boot attaches to the pump body, so the nozzle stays parked at the pump between fills instead of getting set down wherever. You walk up, grab the marked nozzle, and start dispensing without guessing which one you're holding.
A pump that lives on an above-ground tank deals with rough handling, grime, and long days, plus whatever shows up in the fuel. This unit runs on a 115V AC motor for stationary, above-ground tanks with a nearby AC power source, and the thermal protected motor prevents overheating. Cast iron construction is built for durability to withstand the harshest environments, and the built in mesh strainer filters out large particles and contaminants. You keep transferring fuel at the tank without the pump body feeling fragile or debris moving downstream.

Hi, everybody, Andy here with etrailer. Let's take a quick look at this Fill-Rite, 115-volt, AC-power, 20-gallons-per-minute fuel transfer pump. Now, this is a heavy-duty electric-fuel transfer pump that's designed for stationary above-ground fuel tanks. Again, this runs on standard 115-volt AC power. So as long as you have a nearby outlet, you're going to be good to go. And we do recommend installation by a licensed electrician with this.
This is gonna be perfect for your farm tanks, your shop tanks, or any setup where you want a reliable powered fueling station. Now, the motor is thermally protected, which means it automatically prevents overheating. That's gonna be a big plus for longevity and safety. The pump itself is built with cast-iron construction, so this is gonna be very durable. It's gonna be able to handle those tough environments and long-term use.
Internally, it uses rotary vane pump technology, which is known for consistent, reliable fuel flow. Now, in terms of performance, this is going to give you 20 gallons per minute. That's gonna be a great flow rate for tanks in the 20-to-80-gallon range. So this is gonna be fast enough to be efficient, but controlled enough to stay accurate. This has a 30-minute-on, 30 minute-off duty cycle and a maximum operating temperature of 23 PSI.
Now, going back out to my wide view, I just wanted to show you, I didn't have room for this on my table with the turntable, but this does come with this hose. This is gonna be 18 foot long and one inch in diameter. And this hose is great because it also includes a static ground wire for added safety. And then going back to my closeup view, I wanna show you this nozzle here real quick. And this is going to be a cast aluminum.
Bring that off here real quick. And as you notice, this does have a green cover on it, and that indicates that this is going to be intended for diesel use only. So very durable, very well-built nozzle here. If you notice we've got a boot here as well, that I have attached to the body of the pump, and that's going to allow for very easy storage and very easy access as well. I'll hook that back up there. So it's gonna look like a very clean setup here. Now, one of the standout features is our built-in fuel meter. And as you see here, this is a mechanical meter that's going to be able to track between six and 40 gallons per minute, and it can register up to 999.9 gallons per fill. And it has this manual reset knob that you just saw me operating here for tracking individual jobs. And on top of that, we do have a non-resetable counter right here. That's gonna keep lifetime total. So that's gonna be great for monitoring overall usage over time. I wanna point out, you see that we do have some mileage on here already. That doesn't mean that this has been used, it just means that this has tested from the factory. So I just wanted to make you aware of that because more than likely you're gonna receive yours with that non-resetable counter, not all at zeros, but have some use to it just because it was tested at the factory to make sure that this is going to operate for you. There's also a built-in mesh strainer to filter out larger debris and contaminants before they reach your equipment. That's gonna help protect both your pump and whatever you're fueling. Even though this is set up or designated specifically for diesel, the pump will work with a wide range of fuels, including gasoline, ethanol blends up to E15, biodiesel blends up to B20, kerosene, mineral spirits, Stoddard solvents and heptane. So it's very versatile. But again, if you're gonna use this with the green cover, you wanna stick with diesel to make sure that you're not confusing the fuels. Installation-wise, this is going to mount to a standard two-inch bung opening on a tank. The inlet is gonna be 1 1/4-inch female and the outlet is going to be one-inch female. Keep in mind, you will need to source your own suction pipe and set it up according to your specific tank depth and configuration. Giving you some overall measurements. The height, we're gonna be about 16 1/4 inches tall. And then the length or the width, however you'd like to designate that, we're gonna be about 14 1/4 inches. And then the depth right at about 10 7/8 inches. Instructions are going to be included. And again, we do have that 18-foot hose that's gonna be included with this. But if you happen to have any other questions, whether it's about this or anything else that we have here at etrailer, don't hesitate to reach out. We do wanna make sure that you're getting exactly what you need. Well, again, my name is Andy. Thank you for joining me.
