Filling 35-150 gallon tanks, slow flow turns every transfer into a bottleneck. This pump delivers 35 GPM and lets you select 115V or 230V AC during install. Wire it to your power source, fuel faster, and get the tank capped.
When you're filling larger tanks, slow flow turns every transfer into a bottleneck. This pump delivers 35 GPM, so you keep fuel moving on tanks from 35-150 gallons or larger. Reliable rotary vane pump technology keeps the transfer consistent instead of surging and sputtering. You finish the fill faster and get the equipment back in service.
Getting to the tank and then realizing the available power does not match your pump can stall the install. This pump is powered by a dual voltage 115V-230V AC motor, and it allows you the flexibility to select the voltage you need when installing the pump. It's a single pump that fits different AC power setups without swapping motors. You wire it to the voltage you've got at the tank and move on.
Connection sizes drive the rest of your plumbing, and mismatched fittings turn into extra trips and rework. This pump uses 1-1/4" inlet and 1" outlet female connections, so the outlet side steps up from the common 3/4" size. It changes what hose ends and adapters you'll run at the pump. You set up the line once with the right connection size instead of rebuilding it after the pump is mounted. The included 1" x 18' hose with static ground wire connects on the outlet side to give you extended reach from the tank while helping dissipate static during fuel transfer.
When multiple fuels live in the same area, a mix-up can happen fast if every nozzle looks the same. This pump includes a cast aluminum manual nozzle with a green plastic covering to indicate use for auto diesel fuel. The plastic nozzle boot attaches to the pump body, so the nozzle stays parked at the pump between fills. You walk up, grab the marked nozzle, and start dispensing without guessing which handle you're holding.
Fuel storage can carry grit and larger debris, and a pump mounted on an above-ground tank deals with daily abuse. The built-in mesh strainer filters out large particles and contaminants before they move through the pump, and the cast iron construction is built for durability to withstand the harshest environments. Add the thermal protected motor that prevents overheating, and the pump is set up for repeat use at a stationary tank with a nearby AC power source. You keep bigger junk out of the line and keep transferring fuel without the motor running hot.

Hi everybody, Andy here with etrailer. Let's take a quick look at the Fill Rite 115 volt or 230 volt AC power, 35 gallons per minute, fuel transfer pump with hose and automatic nozzle. Now this is a heavy duty AC powered fuel transfer pump that's designed for stationary above ground fuel tanks. So this is gonna be ideal if you have a tank on your property and you need a reliable way to transfer diesel or similar fuels efficiently. So one of the standout features is the dual voltage motor. This is going to run on either 115 volt or 230 volt AC power.
So you're gonna be able to choose the voltage that's gonna work best for your particular setup during installation. Just keep in mind that the power connection should be handled by a licensed electrician. The motor is also thermally protected, which means it automatically prevents overheating. That's a great safeguard for long-term reliability. The pump itself is built tough, it has a cast iron body, so this is made to handle harsh environments and heavy use.
Internally, it uses rotary vein pump technology, which is known for dependable consistent performance. This is gonna give you up to 35 gallons per minute, making this a strong fit for fuel tanks ranging from about 35 gallons to 150 gallons or even larger. This is going to mount directly to your standard two inch bunk opening, which is common on most fuel tanks. The inlet is one and a quarter inch female. The outlet is one inch female, so you're going to need, but you will need to supply rather your own suction pipe and set it up according to your specific tank needs.
Now this unit does come with this aluminum, cast aluminum nozzle. Let me just remove this here real quick. And I have the boot here loosely connected. So once you get this, you'll tighten up those bolts, but this nozzle is going to be included. And if you notice, this one has a green plastic cover, so that's going to indicate auto diesel fuel.
So with with this nozzle, especially with this cover on the green cover on, you'll wanna stick to that diesel fuel. And like I said, this boot is included here and obviously the pump will be turned on when you lift it up like that. And then I will turn it off and then I'll just replace the included nozzle just like that. Now this also comes with a hose. Let me go back out to my wide view here. I didn't have room for it on my table top, so I got it hanging off the end of my table here. But you're going to get this one inch in diameter 18 foot long hose. And this also has a static ground wire in the hose for protection. Now for added protection, there is a built-in mesh strainer that's gonna filter out larger particles and contaminants before they get into your equipment. That's gonna help extend the life of both of your pump and whatever your fueling. The pump itself is gonna be compatible with diesel fuel, biodiesel blends up to B 20, kerosene, mineral spirits, stoddard solvents, and heptane. But again, if you're gonna be using this nozzle in particular, you do wanna stick with diesel. As far as operation goes, this has a 30 minute on 30 minute off-duty cycle, meaning it's designed for continuous use up to 30 minutes at a time before allowing it to cool down. The maximum operating pressure is 26 PSI. Let me leave you with some measurements. The overall height, we are sitting right at about 16 and three quarters inches tall. The overall length about 17 inches, and then the overall width right at about 14 and three quarters inches. So it's relatively compact enough to mount cleanly on a tank while still being very powerful. Now if you happen to have any other questions, whether it's about this or anything else that we have here at etrailer, don't hesitate to reach out. We do wanna make sure that you're getting exactly what you need. Well, again, my name is Andy, thank you for joining me.
