Nothing slows a setup down like finding out the power you've got on hand doesn't match the pump you brought. This model runs on 12V/24V DC power and it's built around electrical power as the source. You wire it to the system you have and get back to fueling.
Standing there watching fuel crawl into a larger tank burns time fast. This pump lists a max flowrate of 25 GPM (94 LPM) and it's rated up to 25 psi max operating pressure. You move more fuel per minute and close the cap sooner.
Wiring friction shows up when you're missing the right cable, the right gauge, or a clean way to connect at the battery. This pump includes a 20 ft cable, 10 GA cable gauge, and alligator clips as the cable connection, plus ground wire. You clamp on, power up, and start the transfer.

Hi everybody, Andy here with etrailer. Let's take a quick look together at this fill right 12 volt or 24 volt fuel transfer pump. Now this is a pretty versatile fuel transfer pump that's designed to work with either your 12 volt or 24 volt battery. So this is gonna hook up easily for most trucks and equipment and transfer tank setups without needing anything real special. Now one of the big advantages of this is that it's built for continuous use. It has a brushless variable speed motor, which means that you're gonna be able to run it for longer periods without worrying about overheating or wearing it out quickly, something that really matters if you're moving a lot of fuel on a regular basis.
In terms of performance, this can move up to 25 gallons per minute, so it is fast enough for filling those larger tanks without sitting around forever. Hookup is going to be pretty simple as well. This does come with this 20 foot long heavy duty 10 gauge power cable and color coded alligator clip so you're gonna be able to connect it directly to a battery without needing special wiring connectors. So this is included. For installation this is going to mount onto standard transfer tanks using two-inch bung openings and the inlet and the outlet sizes are common as well.
It's going to be one and 1/4 inch. Lemme repeat that again. One and 1/4 inch inlet and one inch outlet. So it's gonna be easy to integrate into most setups. This is also built to handle tough environments.
The exterior is powder coated to resist rust and corrosion. So this can live on a tank outdoors or on a job site without getting beat up too quickly. As far as specs goes, this runs at up to 25 PSI. This has a pretty compact footprint as well. This is going to be, let me put my tape measure up here real quick just to gimme some rough measurements.
So measuring this way, this is going to be about 12 inches. And then looking at the width about nine inches and then the height about 12 and 1/2 inches or so. So it's not gonna take up a whole lot of space at all. This does include this nozzle boot here, so you can just slide your nozzle into that when you're done. And obviously you can see the on and off lever here. So again, everything is built tough. It does have a built-in mesh strainer to help keep debris out of the system. And this is gonna be compatible with a wide range of fuels, diesel, gasoline, ethanol blends up to E15, biodiesel up to B20, kerosene and even mineral spirits so pretty flexible depending on what you're working with. So again, this includes everything that you see here. It's just going to be for the pump. But if you would like a complete kit with the hose and the nozzle, we got you covered in that regard as well.
