Keep the interior of your vehicle clean with this functional, custom floor mat. Rear liner has a rigid plastic core for durability, and its unique, rubberized outer shell grips carpeting while it channels and traps water and debris.
Features:
WeatherTech floor liners accurately and completely line the interior carpet of your vehicle, providing "absolute interior protection" for your car, truck, minivan or SUV. Digital laser measurements of the interior surfaces offer a consistently perfect fit! The patent-pending, High-Density Tri-Extruded (HDTE) material features a rigid core for strength and produces surface friction with the carpet for better grip. Advanced surfacing creates channels that carry fluids and debris to a lower reservoir, which has more channeling to help minimize fluid movement while you are driving. Once fluids become trapped in the reservoir, away from shoes and clothing, they are easily removed from the WeatherTech FloorLiner over the door sill.

Today on our 2010 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 we're going to be taking a look at the WeatherTech 2nd Row Floor Mats in Black, part number WT440660. Also available in tan, part number WT450660, and in gray, part number WT460660. As you can see, the way this is designed it would contour very well up to the back of our seat track here and go all the way across with this nice raised edge to help make sure that everything stays contained on the floor mat. Throughout the majority of the area on this floor mat, we've got these ridges and channels, which are going to help to control any dirt, debris, or spills that get on the floor mat from moving around too much and possibly getting on the carpeting that's underneath, and it's also going to help to keep the feet of the passenger up off of whatever has collected there. Here we've got our factory floor mats, and as you can see, they don't cover a whole lot other than what's directly right in the center of that foot well. So, let's remove those and install our 2nd row floor mats. To make this easier, it's going to be best to flip these seats up. Now you can clearly see that this floor mat is going to give us significantly better coverage, because it even goes all the way underneath the seats. It does come with an option that, if needed, here along the side of this ridge, you can actually trim this in order to get it to fit better, because there's two different options for what the rear of the front center console is going to look like, and that's going to depend on whether or not it has the cupholder option.
If we would trim this here, it's going to fit much tighter around the center console and then tuck nicely up underneath the seats to give us really good protection. What I like most about this rear floor mat is how much better coverage you get, because not only do you get clear across from one side to the other, but you also get that all the way underneath the seat; so, you definitely get significantly better coverage than you do with the factory mat. In order to clean this floor mat, you simply remove it from the vehicle and you can clean it with soap and water, or you can pick up the WeatherTech Cleaner and Protector Kit, part number WT8LTC36K. Then air or towel dry them. That's going to complete our look at the WeatherTech 2nd Row Floor Mats in Black, part number WT440660, on our 2010 Chevrolet Silverado 1500.

Definitely not the best place for them to be floppy, Kelly. I put WeatherTech floor mats in my Silverado quite a few years ago, though a different style, and it did take a little bit for them to form themselves to fit perfectly. We get pretty hot in the summer hear in Missouri, so it wasn't too bad. Being winter now, it might take a little longer, but I think you will be happy with them in the long run. I definitely am with mine! ^___^ Are these just to get nicer ones than the factory mats or are you going to be getting muddy often? The factory ones in my Silverado were absolutely terrible so it was a huge upgrade for me.

Thanks for sharing the photo, that really helps. These are custom-fit mats, but with motorhomes like the Freedom Elite, there can be slight differences depending on the floor layout or trim level. Even though they’re listed to fit multiple models, Thor sometimes makes small changes around the passenger side footwell that can affect how that corner sits. What you’re seeing on that edge is usually from the mat not quite matching the contour of that specific floor shape. Sometimes letting the mat sit in the sun or a warm area can help it relax and settle a bit better, but if it’s still not lining up after that, it may just be a variation in that particular model. If you can share your exact Freedom Elite model, we can double check fitment and see if there’s a better option or confirm if that’s expected for your setup.

I had contacted WeatherTech. Can you please confirm if you have removed the carpeted floormats prior to installing them these floor mats?

The fit isn’t the best. And wish I had gotten the individual ones vs the one that covers the entire front floor. Outside of that they work great. They are dirty from snow and mud but they clean up great.

Its been about a year and the mat is doing its job as far as keeping the carpet looking new. My only complaint is the mat will not stay in place. It will slide very easy. Weather Tech sent some Velcro but it doesnt help in the movement. I have several strips on the underneath of the mat. This is all that Weather Tech offered as a fix. Dont know if I would purchase them again or not.
