Digital laser measurements of the interior surfaces offer a consistently perfect fit! The patent-pending, High-Density Tri-Extruded (HDTE) material features a rigid core for strength and produces surface friction with the carpet for better grip. Advanced surfacing creates channels that carry fluids and debris to a lower reservoir, which has more channeling to help minimize fluid movement while you are driving. Once fluids become trapped in the reservoir, away from shoes and clothing, they are easily removed from the WeatherTech FloorLiner over the door sill.

Today on our 2014 Subaru Forester, we're going to be taking a look at the WeatherTek front floor mats in black, part number WT445311. What I really like about these floor mats is the great contouring and extra coverage that they give you. They also look really nice to make the floor of your vehicle look like it's really clean and really well-kept. Here we've got our factory floor mat installed on the driver side. Although this gives us pretty good coverage, there is dirt and debri that can get off of the floor mat onto the carpet around it and underneath. Let's remove the factory floor mat and install our WeatherTek. With our WeatherTek installed, you can see the superior coverage that this gives us. Here over at the threshold of the door you can see we've got this nice lip that gives us plenty of protection along the threshold.
Here it's cut out to where it goes around the gas door release. That way you've got easy access to that. Then moving up you can see we continue with that nice tall wall around the edge to help protect it. It goes well up underneath the pedals here to help give superior protection from the driver's feet. Even if the feet are on the pedals, they'll still help protect from anything that may fall off. Here in the center of our floor mat we've got these channels and ridges.
What those do is help to control any spills or debri that may get done here onto the floor mat and make sure they can't travel around too much. That also helps from anything that has collected, it's going to help keep the driver's feet off of that so that it doesn't get onto the shoes. We've got that same great contouring with that raised lip that comes here along the base of the center console. Then across the front of the seat, in front of the tracks. Then also it does have the cutouts to go onto the two factory posts that help give it a little more security and stay in place. Over here on the passenger side with the factory floor mar, you can see we've got the same thing, pretty good coverage but there is dirt and debri that's able to escape and get underneath the floor mat.
Lets take this one out and install our WeatherTek. Now with the WeatherTek on this side, you can see we've got that same great coverage all the way from the threshold up underneath the dash. Again comes all the way down along the center console along the front of the seat. It's also got those same channels and ridges o help control anything that may spill on there. In order to clean these floor mats, you simply remove them from the vehicle and you can clean them with soap and water or you can use the WeatherTek Cleaner and Protector Kit, part number WT8LTC36K. Then air or towel dry them. That's going to complete our look at the WeatherTek front floor mats in black, part number WT445311 on our 2014 Subaru Forester..

As always etrailer was very quick to process my order and get my products to me in a timely manner. I did notice that the box these came in had a small puncture in the side. Luckily none of the products were damaged, but the delivery drivers would most likely be the ones to blame for the damage to the package. So far I’m impressed with these mats, they definitely do a good job at keeping mud and water from getting on the carpet, and even do a good job of keeping the dirt and dust to a minimum. I do wish somehow there was some sort of protection for the carpet between the seat and the door sill plate. This seems to be an area that is extremely difficult to keep the carpet dirt and dust free. Also, it would have been nice to see some more protection up the side of the transmission tunnel on the passenger side because passengers seem to like to put their muddy feet wherever they please, but even if it were covered they would still find some carpet to make dirty! Other than that, these are some very tough, rugged, well-fitting floor mats for my truck!
Drivers side fits perfect. Passenger side doesn't fit tight to the kick panel. I'll take a heat gun to the edge and get rid of the gap.
Fits great this is the 3rd set i have used best floor mats you can buy.

Mats fit my 2022 Sprinter Van perfectly. Am very happy with this product.
The fit is lacking quite a bit (like 3-5 inches off in places) also wish I didn’t get the one that covers the whole floor in one piece. I wish it was 3 pieces that snap together for easier cleaning because this design you end up dumping all the crud on the floor of the truck while trying to take the mat out to clean it.

Received the mats 6 days after ordering using the "free shipping "option. I feel this is reasonable and the tracking provided was accurate and up to date.
Now about the mats. I have owned many vehicles and have always tried to protect the interior and keep it as new looking as possible. I believe these mats will help me do that. In s word, they are great. They fit really well and the color match is spot on. The texture is non-slip and they are flexible enough that taking them in and out is a very easy. In short they are perfect for my vehicle and I would most certainly buy them again.
I will definitely use "etrailer" again for any products I need that they carry.

Fit perfect, wish they were a little bit higher on the door side, but much better than the Subaru all weather mats.
Great mats love the fit for the front. For the back, really wish the back seat mat covered the area under the seat on the 2014-2018 silverados. Keeping in mind my truck is old still glad they sell these at least!
I love the craftmanship, attention to detail, exact fitment for my vehicle, durability and the protection this product provides for my vehicle. I honestly don't see any downsides or things that could be improved. If they could personalize them some more maybe like if they had a Challenger R/T logo or if they offered some in two tone or maybe some sports teams. For my vehicle it solved two issues, it let me remove the original floormats which were in really good condition and save them for a possible future buyer all while giving next level protection from the elements to the interior carpet in my vehicle. These are perfect for anyone that has a vehicle and they want to protect their investment while making it look sharp at the same time..
Drivers side fits perfectly but passenger side doesn't. Is there anything we can do? See pic. Its just the side corner that doesnt align

I like that the mat spans the whole length from seat to seat. Hopefully the plastic will relax and settle in a bit more near the gas pedal and the side of the truck. It sticks out an inch and a half or so towards the pedal which is not good. It’s seated in the clips on the floor, it’s just the plastic is floppy there in the worst spot to be floppy near the gas pedal. I’ll have to tape it to the truck or try the heat gun on it if it keeps sticking out.
The mats seem to be good quality. They state they will work with an under seat storage organizer. I am guessing they are referring to a stock organizer because the mats go underneath the aftermarket organizer I have. Also I had to use two sided tape to hold down the passenger side of the mat that sits under the rear door.
These floor mats are beautiful and fit perfectly in our motorhome.
Took about 45 minutes with a heatgun getting it to form to the truck, but with enough heat and a little help smoothing and molding it by hand, it’s a perfect fit; as close to a truly custom fit you’ll ever get. The mat is one single piece so it’s shipped folded in half, which is the cause of it being so malformed out of the box, hence the heat gun. However, there isn’t much of a way around shipping this product without folding it, otherwise it would probably cost more in shipping due to the size. Highly recommend, just don’t expect for it to fit perfectly out of the box without a little help. I doubt you’ll find anything better.

Front mats fit and look great. Took an additional 10 day to get them though.
They are good, except how do you clean them or non-faded. Water and soap will not work on dirt/mud or fading. I welcome any suggestions. The white'ish in the picture is actually brown (faded black).
