Today on our 2015 Chevrolet Traverse, we'll be installing and taking a look at the WeatherTech 2nd Row Rear Auto Floor Mat in tan, part number WT451112. Also available in black, part number WT441112, or in gray, part number WT461112. We'll need to be down to bare carpet to install our new WeatherTech floor mat. It looks like the floor mat here has keepers that you just twist to unlock, and you can remove it. Take your new WeatherTech floor mat, sit it into place, and just like that, you can have your new WeatherTech floor mat installed. Now the WeatherTech floor mats, where they have the factory tie-down point, have a spot where metal is going to sit right over there. That will help keep your floor mat in place. You'll have a nice thermal plastic rubber material that's not going to be damaged with any harsh chemicals such as battery acid or gas if you track that into your vehicle. It's going to be nice and durable when dealing with something like that. As you see, it has raised sections here all the way across that mat.
That's going to keep your feet up onto those and out of the channels that catch the moisture and dirt, and take it away from your feet and into the channels here along the entire floor mat. It does go threshold to threshold, so it gives you complete coverage from your door on the driver's side to the door on the passenger side. As you see, the Traverse has movable seats here for your second row. It's going to be cut out so it goes around the cutouts here, so you can still slide your seat forward and backward, recline or whatever you need to do here on the second row. One of the nice features about the WeatherTech floor mats is if they do get dirty, all you have to do is take them out of your car, hose them off, use a mild detergent to wash them off, let them air dry and reinstall, and they're just like new. Now with our new floor mats installed, we're ready to hit the road.
