    The first generation Honda Pilot was from 2003-2008 and the second generation Honda Pilot was from 2009-2015. Since a 2007 Honda Pilot is a different generation than a 2009 Honda Pilot the floor mats will be different. For a 2007 Honda Pilot I recommend using part # WT440591 for the front, part # WT440222 for the rear, and part # WT40182 for the cargo area.     The Weather Tech Cargo Mat part # WT40378 that you referenced will fit all the way up to the back of your second rows of seats when the third row of seats is folded down. Your best option would be to run the # WT40378 when you have the third row of seats folded down and then go with the part # WT11AVMCB for when you have the third row folded up.
